Terms of Service

➤ Payment

♥ Full and upfront payment is required before I start the commission.

♥ Once I confirm the order, you will have 48 hours to send the payment.

♥ Payment is only accepted through PPal (Euro).

♥ Payment will be done through invoice.

♥ Deadlines, if allowed, will cost an extra fee.

➤ Progress

♥ Do not rush me. I'm a full time student and university work may slow down the process. If you're not ok with waiting consider commissioning someone else.

♥ A WIP of the sketch will be sent out to the commissioner once it is finished to ask for opinions and changes. Any changes during the sketching process will be free of charge. Once the lineart has been completed, any significant change that I have not been made aware of during the sketching progress will cost an extra fee.

♥ A complete redraw of the sketch will be allowed once if the customer is unsatisfied with the first WIP provided; if this is the case, the customer will lose any rights to the previous sketch, and I will repurpose it for a YCH or for personal art.

♥ Refunds won't be given out unless I am unable to finish your commission. In that situation, the refund will depend on how much of the commission has been completed. For further information refer to the "refunds" section.

 

➤ Artwork, Reuploading and Crediting

♥ Do not claim the art as your own.

♥ You must always credit me when using or reuploading my art.

♥ I have the right to use my art in portfolios or as an example for future commissions.

♥ My art is meant for personal use only. Commercial usage has to be discussed beforehand and will include a larger fee.

♥ My art is not to be used for NFTs.

➤ Refunds

♥ Refunds will only be issued if I feel I am unable to finish your order.

Depending on how much of the piece has been completed, the refunds rate will be calculated as follows:

- Not yet started: full refund

- Sketch completed: 80% refund

- Lineart completed: 60% refund

- Colours completed: 40% refund

- Shading completed: 20% refund
